This is a collection of FIVE of my favorite Live Stream classes with a focus on working systematically through various inversions. These five hour-long led practices take the guesswork out of your inversions. I break down inversions into details that allow you to work at your own pace and level, so whether it is your first attempt at going upside down or you’ve been doing it for years, there is information for everyone. Learn how to intentionally place yourself upside down through breath and muscular integration. If you are a yoga teacher, there are tips in here that will allow you to provide detailed guidance to your students who are endeavoring to journey into their own inversions.
